"I was able to get in very quickly and discuss my concerns with a few moles that I have. Dr. Mishra put me at ease and assured me they were benign, but also gave me some options for removal if it was something I wanted to do in the future. I didn’t feel pressured for unnecessary procedures, in fact he seemed very against doing anything that wasn’t 100% necessary which was a nice change from some other doctors. I’m recommending my husband to him as well for his rosacea."

"I am glad Dr. Mishra found me through his lead, Kayce. In a very discreet professional way she suggested I might want to pay their practice a visit. I already knew I was overdue for a checkup and am thankful I did. My appointment was done in a timely professional manner. Dr.Mishra was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and approachable. He examined places on my skin that were concerning, did the necessary procedures indicated for each and was honest and forthcoming in initial prognosis. Kayce, his lead nurse handled all of the things one would expect: charting, surgical care, and tech stuff with ease which made me feel comfortable. "I had a squamous cell cancer removed from the top of my head. Obviously, there is not much flesh or skin to work with, but Dr. Mishra did an excellent job removing the affected area and closing the wound. I highly recommend him to anyone needing Mohs surgery. "
"My initial reference to Legacy Dermatology came from my PCP due to an abscess that hadn't healed after over two months and two rounds of bactrim. For years I've dealt with random sores every few months. Dr. Mishra met with me and diagnosed me as having HS. He and his team helped me apply for Humira. It's now a month after my initial dosage, and I'm fantastic. I have a life-long condition. But healing as well as preventing new outbreaks has already improved my quality of life. In addition, my relationship isn't negatively impacted by something uncomfortable and terribly unappealing. Dr. Mishra was direct and realistic in both the approach to managing me as a patient and managing my expectations of treatment. His team have all been extremely personable and down to earth from the moment I enter the office to when I leave. "Dr. Mishra removed a squamous cell carcinoma from the bridge of my nose one week ago via MOHS surgery. I had the stitches removed today. They gave me a collagen supplement to encourage healing and a silicone gel with SPF to wear once I remove the bandaid this weekend. In a month, I'll have a laser treatment to improve the scar, but considering what had to be removed, it looks great. I drove over an hour to see Dr. Mishra and I would do it again. Dr. Mishra did a great job explaining how I should care for the wound and as a result, it's healing very well. I can't imagine anyone being excited about getting anything cut off their face, but that's when you want someone who will do a great job. Thank you, Dr. Mishra."

"Dr. Mishra @ Legacy Dermatology in Frisco, TX is a very caring doctor, and knew exactly what was going on with my face itching and rash on my side. He actually really looked at it and touched it….my other dermatologist would just look and shrug his shoulders and said to take Benadryl. My daughter also went to him for redness/itchy/red patches on her face, a chronic flare up for years. Finally, her face has no more red patches and is healing. She does not live here, and Dr. Mishra made accommodations to see her two days after her initial visit, before she left to see how her progress was, instead of referring someone else in Austin. His hours are Tuesday thru Thursday, and her follow up visit was on a Friday. We are so happy to have found him, my whole family will be seeing him for any dermatology issues."
"I had an emergency situation which was developing into Stevens-Johnson Syndrome (SJS). At my primary doctor's request, Dr Mishra saw me as a same day emergency. He confirmed the diagnosis, carefully evaluated its stage and progression, and chose to treat outpatient. The treatment immediately stopped the progression and then gradually resolved the condition overall. He and his team were careful to avoid hospitalization due to the complications that could cause. They made themselves available 24x7 until the crisis was resolved, and kept the hospital apprised in case it were to take a bad turn requiring me to go in. Dr Mishra helped me when I desperately needed urgent help and he will be my dermatologist going forward."
"So after going to Dr. Mishra for a routine exam he noticed a spot on my back. That seemingly routine exam literally save my life. It came back as Melanoma. I received a personal call from him and was told I’m having my staff call you right away to get it taken care of. I think he could tell in my voice my concern. In 2 days I was scheduled for surgery and everything taken care of. This doctor inspires trust. His care is next level, combine that with his non rushed and genuine caring for you, personally you could not be in better hands. I could go on but I think you get the idea. "Ladies, let me tell you about my experience with Dr. Mishra for my fillers and laser. He is a Board certified Dermatologist from California with extensive knowledge of new techniques. I have never had someone take the time to explain different options for me. I usually just walk into my Aesthetician office and tell them what I want and they just do it without even educating me about what new products are out there and how they could benefit me better. The laser treatment I received turned back the hands of time on my face. Being in my upper 40’s we never used sun block. Now my face looks 10 years younger.
