How Does BOTOX Work?
During your initial consultation at Restoration Dermatology, our office will provide a facial examination to choose which areas should receive treatment. Given that BOTOX is performed during an efficient, outpatient treatment, your injections can usually be carried out in the same visit. The formulation will be injected into the specified areas of your brow or face using a small needle. The treatment itself takes around a few minutes to carry out, and the majority of individuals notice only mild discomfort (like a pinprick or pinching sensation).
